Except for the case where the delivered product is defective at our store, basically we cannot accept returns or refunds. When the product arrives, please be sure to first check that there are no defects in the product and that there are no discrepancies with your order.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have passed 7 days or more after arrival. Even if the product is returned after the response period has passed, we may not be able to respond.
In case of defects in our shop
If the reason for the return is any of the following, the return shipping fee will be borne by us (cash on delivery).
・The item you received is different from what you ordered
・The quantity is different
・There is a damage
Cases where returns cannot be accepted
Items that cannot be returned are as follows.
・Reason for cancellation/opening due to customer's convenience after the order has been shipped,
・used product/product is different from the image, dislike, etc.
・Products that have been damaged by the customer
・Products that have been delivered to the customer for more than a week
・Price reductions, campaign items, sale items, limited items
・Products purchased at stores other than the official online store

If you return the product by cash on delivery and confirm that there is a problem with the product, it will be returned and exchanged or refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
・If you use cash on delivery or convenience store payment, we will refund the amount after deducting the transfer fee to the customer's designated financial institution account.
・ If you use credit card payment, the credit card company will refund the amount to the card payment account. The time required for refunds, refund procedures, etc. will vary depending on the card company. Please note in advance.
・If you have any questions about the refund amount listed on your statement, please check with your credit card company.
・We will process the refund after the returned product arrives at our shop.
・We cannot accept any cancellations after the product has been shipped.
Cooling-off is a law to protect consumers who have been made to purchase products "unexpectedly" through door-to-door sales or telemarketing. Please note that this does not apply to mail-order purchases made at your own discretion or orders made over the phone.
